2Xtreme is the next generation of uncompressed digital video storage, and the newest addition to the popular Accom WSD product line. 2Xtreme is a video board and disk array all in one desktop-sized box, offering high-quality digital storage and video I/O. 2Xtreme provides an affordable, reliable method of outputting video from computers, and for digitizing analog video material.
2Xtreme provides video storage with random access, full motion playback capability plus video I/O for realtime record and capture from VTR devices. 2Xtreme provides computer interface utilities for image transfer and machine control from Silicon Graphics, Macintosh, Sun or Windows NT computers. 2Xtreme interfaces are included in the most prominent software applications on every platform.
